LMS
Learning Mangement System
Although usually split from the Instructional Designer's job, I have had the privilege to work as a Learning Management System administrator as a dual role. The LMS portion is vital to a positive and good delivery of the training. All of the best training in the world needs to be executed efficiently and effectively to make an impact to the targeted audience.
My goal during this process focus on combining all components of the training in one cohesive flow. I balance what the SME's want to pass onto learners with what makes the most sense from a student's perspective.
Some post development steps:
Map courses to competencies
Ensure training records are up to date in case we are audited
Create individual courses and learning path
Review articulate course once uploaded onto LMS - ensure certification is correct
Ensure positive experience for students
Run and review surveys and reports to ensure courses and learning paths are most effective, efficient and helpful
Create webinars/VILT on Teams and Zoom invite links
Create hybrid learning if applicable
part of the training is eLearning for background knowledge and scenarios
other part of the training is with an instructor where we can focus on examples, scenarios and answer questions.

Due to not wanting to fully share what I created for companies I worked at, I took snapshots and videos of the examples. The voices in the examples below are not mine. I am more than happy to talk/share more examples during our conversation.
